Vietnam Program Manager / Country Representative

Global Coffee Platform

• Oversee and steer the implementation of all GCP activities in Vietnam as official chief representative of GCP in Vietnam;
• Develop GCP national and regional strategies, operational and budget plans, and lead the implementation of Vietnam country plan, especially on the improvement of the national platform, development of the national sustainability curricula, delivery of the measurement system, and creation of the Member Initiatives;
• Establish, maintain and intensify strategic relationships with public and private partners for joint activities and partnership;

GRAISEA Regional Program Coordinator and Value Chain Advisor

Oxfam

• Coordinate and manage rice and shimp regional programs and country projects in Cambodia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Pakistan;
• Develop strategies and operational plans for interventions, monitoring activities and provide timely technical supports to country programs in Cambodia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Pakistan;
• Provide technical advisory support on value chain and inclusive business development to country programs in Cambodia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Pakistan;
• Develop networking with and represent Oxfam and GRAISEA program to partners, target groups, relevant governmental and non-governmental organizations in the region.

Business and Entrepreneurship Advisor

• Lead and manage business component of Enhancing Opportunities for Women’s Enterprises (FLOW/EOWE) project in Vietnam;
• Lead and manage value chain development component of Women’s Economic Empowerment through Agricultural Value Chain Enhancement (WEAVE) project;
• Identify potential sub-sectors, design business strategy and roadmap and inclusive business guidelines for interventions, monitor activities and provide timely supports;

Mekong Program Regional Coordinator

Vredeseilanden Vietnam (VECO)

• Lead and manage all programs and projects in Vietnam and the Mekong region;
• Lead and develop Mekong program development strategy 2017-2021 for Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar;
• Identify potential sub-sectors, design strategies and plans for interventions, monitoring activities and provide timely supports;
• Provide guidance and mentoring to assigned staff and target groups to build capacity and promote ownership;
• Develop networking with and represent VECO to partners, target groups, relevant governmental and non-governmental organizations in Vietnam and the Mekong region.
