Forged partnerships with 20+ top universities (HUST, NEU, FTU, AOF, Greenwich, etc.) and key stakeholders (Hanoi Student Association, TopCV, CareerViet, etc).
Designed and delivered 5 flagship training modules (e.g., Career Discovery, CV Writing, Interview Skills) via 200+ webinars, workshops, and university programs.
Led corporate-academia initiatives: career fairs, internship schemes, company tours, and scholarship connections.

Talent Acquisition Manager

- Led a cross-functional team of 30+ members, including ~ 15 Recruitment & Admissions members (12 full-time, 3 collaborators) and ~15 in Marketing & Employer Branding (10 full-time, 5–6 interns/collaborators).
- Recruited 1,500–1,800 freshers, junior engineers annually; designed and delivered large-scale internship programs for 3,000 students/year in partnership with 30+ universities and academies.
- Spearheaded headhunting campaigns targeting Valedictorians and top-tier talent from 30+ strategic academic partners.
- Organized 200+ recruitment and employer branding events/year (e.g., TechTalks, Seminars, Webinars, Career Fairs), reaching 30,000–50,000 students and enhancing FPT Software’s position as employer of choice.
- Built and maintained strong partnerships with 50+ educational institutions while scaling digital recruitment channels and campus presence nationwide.
- Led vocational training and skill development programs, generating a total revenue of 105 billion VND from 2020 to July 2024, training approximately 4,000 students who transitioned into the ICT sector through specialized training in technical and soft skills.
